Bike Shorts Film festival started in 2004 at the Van East cinema in East Vancouver.
In 2008 Dustin Anderson took over the direction of the festival and has shared its format with fellow cyclists in Calgary and Winnipeg.
Dustin is a Car Free cyclist with interests in innovation.
